Designed specifically for 'typical' Australian motels, and developed and tested over twelve years in motels from 10 to over 150 units to suit the way motels really work.

Simple, fast to use and does not require previous knowledge of computers or any alteration to the way the motel operates. Can be used even by casual and temporary staff and, because procedures are the same as commonly used paper systems, simplifies the training of new staff.

The reports provide valuable information which would otherwise take a great deal of work to produce, or could not reasonably be produced at all. Includes operations which simplify tasks such as coach and group bookings, packages, staff accounts, split accounts, out-of-service rooms, bulk charging (eg breakfasts) and changes to room allocation and accounts in a variety of ways.
